The issues you raised with §2.11 Geometrical Shapes and its Table 2.5 are worth discussing, but we haven’t had the time to do so. We plan to look into them when we do a more extensive update to UTR 25 than the current Version 10 draft.

    Thanks

    according to http://www.unicode.org/reports/index.html,
version 9 is current, version 10 is the proposed update

    according to http://www.unicode.org/review/,
UTR 25 is a "resolved" issue, #199 to be precise

    according to http://www.unicode.org/review/resolved-pri-100.html,
the issue is/was supposed to be open until 2008.08.01 for comment
but a resolution dated 2008-05-01declared the issue closed, the
proposed update being approved with changes based on feedback.

so -- is this issue open or not?

    why the discrepancy in dates?

there are still issues with §2.11 and Table 2.5
is it worth enumerating them again?

    /phil
