Mac OS X does not ship with any fonts for Bengali. Third-party
Bengali fonts do exist, but unless they have been specifically
tailored for Mac OS X will not work correctly. (OpenType Bengali
fonts will not work on Mac OS X without modification.) In particular,
there is a set of open source Bengali fonts for Mac OS X available at http://ekushey.org
which may be useful.
