    In this case, Why it's working fine with Firefox and it's not with Internet Explorer ?

    I can't agree. DejaVu Sans is included in many normal software shipments
    for GNU/Linux (commonly called Linux distributions), including Fedora
    and Ubuntu. On many of these systems, it is even the default user
    interface font.
