This is wrong. Sorry -- I confused U+1E00 etc.
with U+1EA0 etc.
Verdana has included Vietnamese letters since version 2.31
although not the other letters from Latin Extended Additional.
This reminds us to look at the version number of fonts, too,
not only the version number of operating systems and programs.
