Oh, my apologies.

In that case, CaseFolding.txt (from the Unicode character database) says:

FB05; F; 0073 0074; # LATIN SMALL LIGATURE LONG S T
FB06; F; 0073 0074; # LATIN SMALL LIGATURE ST

which seems rather straightforward...
