Weather characters

What about new _meteorological block in Unicode? Characters like *
SNOW, · RAIN, ⌓ CUMULUS CLOUDS etc.

See the table in book "Meteorology. The Earth and Its Weather" by
Josef S Weisberg, Houghton Mifflin, 1981.

Other glyphs like ✼, ☂, ☁ are possible for this characters too.
