Disconcertingly, no. <ḷ> follows <l>, sorted as a primary difference.
Otherwise, the consonants do follow the normal Indic script order.

Also, the first three vowels are <aṃ>, <a>, <ā>.

This information wasn't what I needed, but thank you for the attempt
