The Unicode Technical Committee has posted a new issue for public review

Briefly the issue is:

PRI #251, Proposed Change to Casing Property for Some Circled or Squared
Latin Letter Symbols

The UTC is planning to adjust the casing properties for some circled or
squared Latin letter symbols to be more consistent with certain other
symbols.

Review periods for the new item closes on April 29, 2013.
