Re: Draft of LDML Specification for CLDR release 24

Typo in section 2.3 "Number Symbols", for the new item
"superscriptingExponent" which describes:
"The superscripting can use markup, such as <sup>4</sub> in HTML, (...)"

Of course this is "⁴"
