Oups, I forgot to update the subject, AND made a misprint

Of course, it should have been

  SignWriting HAND STARTER CHARACTER + upper/lower-script modifiers
              ^^^^

(but the same holds for SignWriting faces etc). And ☆ is supposed to
be just a placeholder glyph for the HAND STARTER.
