Unicode IDNA Compatibility Processing
<http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr46/tr46-14.html>technical standard
(UTS #46) has a proposed update available, with modifications for
alignment with the future Unicode 8.0. Most notable are the new Unicode
8.0 characters, and a caution about common assumptions in case folding.
