I don't think this has been proposed but I'd love to see it. That
Wikipedia article has an American focus but I've seen it used by Deaf
people all over the world; it's independent of the finger spelling
alphabet in use, and has become a broader cultural symbol. Would be
great to have this available for Deaf users.
