Opt Subject: PRI #407: Inconsistent definition of extended hashtag identifiers
UAX31-R8 says “Continue := XID_Continue, plus Emoji, Emoji_Component,
and “_”, “-”, “+”, minus Start characters. [...] This is expressed in set
notation as: [\p{XID_Continue}\p{Extended_Pictographic}\p{Emoji_Component}[-+_]-[#﹟＃]]”.
The first sentence says “Emoji” where the second says “Extended_Pictographic”.
