• The meeting will take place in the ARCTIC GULF conference room
• Please have the receptionist contact Magda Danish, Unicode Administrative Director at extension 33921 when you arrive
• Light lunch will be served
• An informal dinner for the Directors and Officers will be hosted by Unicode at 6:00PM at XANH Restaurant. A map and directions will be made available on the day of the meeting.
• If unable to attend in person, and if you'd like to participate to all or part of the meeting by conference call, please communicate to Magda Danish your preferred phone number and the appropriate time to contact you.
