Briefly, the new issue is: 94 Proposed Update to UTS #10: Unicode Collation Algorithm http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr10/tr10-15.html Draft UTS #10 is available for public review. The main changes are the incorporation of informative material from UTN #9, and updated references to Unicode 5.0 and to UCA 5.0 data tables (to follow soon). The only planned changes in the weights to pre-Unicode 5.0 characters are for Tifinagh labial modifier letter.
