The Unicode Consortium announces the release of UTR #36: Unicode Security  
Considerations (Revision 5) and UTS #39: Unicode Security Mechanisms  
(Revision 2). Both contain new material and clarifications. UTS #39 was  
formerly part of UTR #36; it contains data and specifications for  
determining restrictions on identifiers for security.
