TDIL proposes the encoding of:

pA4E GURMUKHI SIGN PARI-RA
 * consonant modifier
 * 0A4D 0A30
pA4F GURMUKHI SIGN PARI-HA
 * consonant modifier
 * 0A4D 0A39?
pA76 GURMUKHI SIGN PARI VA
 * 0A4D 0A35
pA77 GURMUKHI SIGN PARI YA
 * 0A4D 0A2F
pA78 GURMUKHI SIGN HALF Y-YA
 * 0A2F 0A4D
pA79 GURMUKHI SIGN PARI GU
 * 0A4D 0A17
pA7A GURMUKHI SIGN PARI CHA
 * 0A4D 0A18
pA7B GURMUKHI SIGN PARI TA
 * 0A4D 0A24
pA7C GURMUKHI SIGN PARI NA
 * 0A4D 0A28

It seems that the problem is to make clear to the users and implementers of the standard the post-base and subjoined forms in modern use.

Sukhjinder Sidhu also working on clarifications in this area, presumably to be implemented in chapter 9.
