TDIL proposes the encoding of:

  pA7D GURMUKHI VOWEL SIGN BIHARI BINDI
  pA7E GURMUHKI VOWEL SIGN AAN (KANA BINDI)

From the names and representative glyphs, it is seems that those are actually combinations of U+0A40 GURMUKHI VOWEL SIGN II and U+0A3E GURMUKHI VOWEL SIGN AA with U+0A02 GURMUKHI SIGN BINDI
