Editor’s note: Characters 0D82 SINHALA SIGN ANUSVARAYA and 0D83 SINHALA SIGN VISARGAYA will be added to the list of combining characters for Annex B.1. They were omitted from the FPDAM text due to an editorial error. Their inclusion is consistent with the treatment of these two characters in all the other Indic scripts in this international standard.
