Hideki Hiura-san kindly accepted to blush-up my initial draft then distribute it for your review, but now he is out of contact. So, this is an advanced information. If you have any comment or advice, please let me know with cc to Hideki Hiura-san and Mark Davis. Also, please inform us if you can join the proposal. I would like to ask your support to the proposal.
