1. We have reserved the code points in the ranges: 2060 .. 206F, FFF0 .. FFFC, E0000 .. E0FFF for future Cf characters, for reasons that I won't repeat here. We need to supply this list as a property, so that people can programmatically test against this range. I suggest we add this to PropList.txt with the property name "ReservedFormat" (alternatively "ReservedForCf")

2. We deprecate the code points 0340, 0341, 206A..206F in NameList.txt. We need to supply this list as a property, so that people can programmatically test against this range. I suggest we add this to PropList.txt with the property name "Deprecated"

In the property file, we can add a comment pointing to http://www.unicode.org/glossary/#deprecated

3. In NameList.txt, we also discourage use of 0344, 0F73, 0F75, 0F77, 0F79, 0F81; and in the Unicode 3.1 text we *strongly* discourage use of U+E0000..U+E007F. We should either add this list to the Deprecated property, or have a separate "Discouraged" property.
