Subject: UnicodeIssues

Hello

I am not (yet) a member of the Unicode Consortium but I have written
a brief essay dealing with some issues relating to the practical
implementation of the Unicode Standard.  I thought it might be of
interest to the Unicode Technical Committee so I looked through the
website to find an email contact address and have only managed to find
this one.  I would be very grateful therefore if you would be kind
enough to forward my article to the relevant person(s).
