4.0 beta: The new property ID_Start_Exceptions should be called
Other_ID_Start to be consistent with Other_Alphabetic,
Other_Lowercase, etc.
This will reduce confusion of new users.

4.0 beta -
It looks like none of the new 4.0 characters has the Bidi_Mirrored property.
For example, some of the supplemental arrows (2B00..2B0D    ; 4.0 #  [14] NORTH EAST WHITE ARROW..UP DOWN BLACK ARROW) should have this property, and they could also get a reasonable Bidi_Mirroring_Glyph.

I partially upgraded ICU to Unicode 4.0 and generated the following page: http://www.mindspring.com/~markus.scherer/unicode/mirrors.html
It shows all characters that have Bidi_Mirrored, with the mirror-glyph character, RTL display, age and names.
