[104-C2] Consensus: Introduce a new meta-property of "Deprecated". Remove the Grapheme_Link property from PropList.txt, but add it as a derived property in DerivedCoreProperties.txt. Update the documentation in UCD.html and deprecate the property.

[104-C3] Consensus: Advance Proposed Draft UTS #37 to Draft UTS #37 after incorporating feedback received at the meeting.

[104-C4] Consensus: Issue a new PRI for modifications to UAX #9 and some changes in Bidi_Mirrored and Bidi_Mirroring properties. Clarify the text in UAX #9 Section 6 and to restrict the optionality in rule HL6 to mathematical layout. The change in the properties is to make required mirroring apply to all and only paired delimiters, and a few other changes for consistency.

[104-C5] Consensus: Issue a proposed update of UAX #29 that uses the characters from the "word extensions" list in L2/05-083 as examples of tailoring word boundaries.

[104-C6] Consensus: Add notes to UAX #29 and UAX #31 to explain that certain modifier letters in L2/05-083 are not normally parts of words or identifiers, and why. Issue a proposed update UAX #31 containing this note.

[104-C7] Consensus: Add material on stability, for a particular version and applying corrigenda, to UAX #15 section 3 based on document L2/05-211, and issue a proposed update of UAX #15.

[104-C8] Consensus: Change the representative glyphs for 06DF, 06E0, and 06E1. For 06E9 document the range of representative glyphs.

[104-C10] Consensus: Move Appendixes A, B and D of working draft L2/05-209 (UTR #36) and other necessary pieces into a new proposed draft Unicode Technical Standard #39, tentatively entitled Unicode Security Operations. Take document L2/05-209 and revert to a proposed update UTR. Both to be authorized for posting for public review after work by the Security Subcommittee and Editorial Committee.

[104-C11] Consensus: Submit the modified document L2/05-172 for disunifying diacritics as a US/UTC position proposing adoption as part of WG2 principles and procedures.

[104-C12] Consensus: Change the representative glyphs for Kharoshthi U+10A3F and Khmer U+17D2 to be the same as U+17D2, but (both) enclosed in a dashed box. And add the same explanation in the text and the names list as to the appearance.

[104-C15] Consensus: Remove the two Tamil named sequences from US ballot comment on FPDAM2, and make them provisional.

[104-C16] Consensus: If no changes have been required, other than minor maintenance, for a UAX at the point that UTC authorises the next release, the Editorial Committee is authorized to update that UAX without a PRI or proposed update.
