[105-C1] Consensus: Approve Draft UTS #37 as a UTS.

[105-C2] Consensus: Accept the property changes for some Old Persian cuneiform characters discussed in L2/05-289 for Unicode 5.0.

[105-C3] Consensus: Accept recommendations 1 through 5 of document L2/05-286.

[105-C4] Consensus: Accept the proposal in L2/05-294 to to change the ALetter definition to tie it to the linebreak property.

[105-C5] Consensus: Adopt the change management for DUCET in doc L2/05-299 (with the provision that the bug database might be separate).

[105-C6] Consensus: Accept items 7 and 8 from document L2/05-286on linebreak defaults and linebreak numbers, changing 7 to be a bullet instead of part of the rule, with other editorial changes suggested in the meeting.

[105-C7] Consensus: Accept A, B, and D of document L2/05-303 regarding "linebfreak=SA" characters.

[105-M1] Motion: Change the script type of U+1DBF to Greek.

[105-C8] Consensus: Approve the approach in L2/05-277 with the addition that there is no need for an explicit script designator accompanying the registration, with reference to Point 1 in document L2/05-317.

[105-C9] Consensus: The UTC asks the security subcommittee to develop a set of criteria for visual confusability to guide the development of the confusable data tables.

[105-C10] Consensus: Draft UTS #39 should be enhanced to include a discussion of user scenarios and other criteria that were used in the formation of the algorithm and data.

[105-C11] Consensus: Advance Proposed Draft UTS #39 to Draft UTS #39 after incorporating updates as per the meeting.

[105-C12] Consensus: The Security subcommittee is directed to continue its work to enhance the confusable data tables.

[105-C13] Consensus: Recommend to ICANN and the IETF in liaison statements the use of security profiles for identifiers in UTS #39.

[105-C14] Consensus: ICANN guideline 3 (L2/05-363) should be replaced with a requirement for registries to publish the restriction level as defined in UTR #36 by which they operate.

[105-C15] Consensus: ICANN guideline 4 (L2/05-363) should be replaced by language that restricts the permissible characters to those following the security profile for identifiers, currently restricted to the IDN security profile for identifiers.

[105-C16] Consensus: ICANN guideline 5 (L2/05-363) should say: "A registry will define an IDN registration in terms of both its nameprep-normalized Unicode representation and ACE-encoded representation."

[105-C17] Consensus: The last paragraph of ICANN guidelines (L2/05-363) under "Additional Remarks" should be dropped.

[105-C18] Consensus: Update UTR #36 with the recommendations from document L2/05-353 as amended in discussion.

[105-C19] Consensus: Remove U+3003 (the ditto mark) from IDMOD and IDNCHAR in PD UTS #39.

[105-C20] Consensus: UTC approves the direction taken in draft Chapter 3 documented in L2/05-290.

[105-C37] Consensus: Make changes for items 2, 3, 5 from L2/05-292 as amended in discussion.

[105-C38] Consensus: Authorize the beta of 5.0 to close on January 30, 2006.

[105-C39] Consensus: Give the editorial commmittee the authority to issue proposed updates of any UAX, UTR, or UTS or to issue public review issues for editorial changes.

[105-C40] Consensus: Authorize the editorial committee to refresh public drafts of UAXes, UTSes, UTRs as-needed for editorial changes or for those changes directed by the UTC.

[105-M4] Motion: Revise and extend PRI #80, adding the "starred" characters from document L2/05-362 to the current bidi mirrored property and creating a background document of related characters. Also remove HL6 from UAX #9. The PRI to close on January 30, 2006.
