Dear Unicode Corporate, Institutional, and Supporting Members:

I have received:

- 9.5 votes in favor: Apple, Google, HP, IBM, JustSystems, Microsoft,
	Monotype (1/2), Sun, Sybase, UCB
- 1 vote against: Adobe

Since we have 13 full members, 4 institutional members and 2 supporting
members (each with a half vote), the changes have been approved.
