Subject: Extracted Unihan

The Unihan.txt file has gotten big and ugly to work with.
I produced an extraction of all the properties in it, using
the same format as the current extracted/ directory, which is
attached. I suggest that we consider providing this format
in the UCD, for those people that want a more modular
structure to deal with.
