Subject: Normative Status
In http://www.unicode.org/faq/specifications.html we
say: "the material in Chapter 3, Conformance, and most of Chapter 4, Character
Properties, are normative, while material in other sections is generally
informative."
Chapter 4 has sections clearly marked as to whether they are normative
or not. A user of the standard also needs to be able to tell what material
in other sections is normative or not; otherwise we should change this to
drop the "generally".
