[127-C1] Consensus: Update glyph for U+2D7F to show a dotted circle with 6 dots below within a dashed box.

[127-C2] Consensus: Accept the 51 Manichaean characters U+10AC0 - U+10AF6 as documented in L2/11-123, with block Manichaean U+10AC0 - U+10AFF; except the name change of Manichaean U+10AC8 to Manichaean Sign UD with general category So.

[127-C3] Consensus: Request of the officers a stability policy that permanently reserves CCC value of 255.

[127-C4] Consensus: Issue a PRI - currently a non-breaking hyphen is used to disallow line breaks; the question is whether it should also disallow word breaks.

[127-M1] Motion: The 52 cards for playing cards do not represent the minor arcana.

[127-C7] Consensus: Approve the minutes for UTC 112, 119-126.

[127-C8] Consensus: Accept U+1031F OLD ITALIC LETTER ESS and U+1032F OLD ITALIC LETTER TTE for encoding in a future version of the standard, with the glyphs and properties as documented in L2/11-146.

[127-C9] Consensus: Accept U+16A6E MRO DANDA and U+16A6F MRO DOUBLE DANDA for encoding in a future version of the standard.

[127-C10] Consensus: Accept the 57 Pau Cin Hau characters at 11AC0-11AF8 with block Pau Cin Hau 11AC0 - 11AFF, for encoding in a future version of the standard, with properties as given in L2/11-104.

[127-C13] Consensus: Update DUCET and UTS #10 to incorporate features of CLDR as listed in items 1-3 of L2/11-176R2 for UCA 6.1.

[127-C14] Consensus: Change the general category of to U+00AA [name] and U+00BA [name] "Lo" for Unicode 6.1.

[127-C15] Consensus: Issue a PRI asking for feedback on whether or not the UBA should have an extension for formatting URLs, and if so what form should the extension take. Ask for real-life examples.

[127-C16] Consensus: Modify the current proposed draft to add an open issue asking whether we should add primary UCA matching. Discuss the relationship with case-insensitive and accent-insensitive and NFKC matching.
