Subject: Stability Policy for Script_Extensions Property


I suggest that the UTC the request the addition of the following Property
Value Stability Policy:

When the Script Extension Property Value for a character is a set with more
than one value:
  (a) that set cannot contain Common or Inherited, and
  (b) the Script Property Value of that character is either Common or
Inherited.

This is currently true, but guaranteeing it allows simpler and more
efficient implementations providing and/or using that property.
