Biography

During Charles' 25 years of computer experience he has held the position of V.P. of Eng. for Infodata Inc., has been a Manager of Diagnostic Engineering Via Systems and Hastech Inc. and has held various engineering and technical instructor positions.

The previous +13 years have been spent providing consulting services in i18n, Unix O/S development and support, robotic vision, hardware diagnostics and other areas of s/w and h/w design and test.

In 1992 Charles was responsible for stripping out the Japanese only code in the DEC OSF/1 shells and finishing the 8 bit clean implementation. Charles also implementing an Asian language test environment for Digital Equipment Corporation's Shells and Utilities group.
