Donald DePalma - Common Sense Advisory, Inc.

Don DePalma is the president and founder of Common Sense Advisory, a research and consulting company committed to improving the quality of international business and the efficiency of the online and offline operations that support it. With the goal of offering valuable insight about the localization process and best practices, its research methodology focuses on what buyers and practitioners think, do, and plan. Don is also the author of "Business Without Borders: A Strategic Guide to Global Marketing," published by John Wiley & Sons and available at your favorite online bookseller. His expertise in the business - and marketing-focused application of technology comes from his work as an executive at both enterprise and globalization software companies and a long stint at Forrester Research where he wrote trend-setting reports and consulted to senior management at Global 2000 companies. While at Forrester, Don initiated the firm's coverage of content management, application development for strategic Internet systems, digital marketing technologies, ethnic marketing, knowledge management, and business globalization.
