Tom,

There are mapping tables between Unicode and (fill-in-the-blank) at
the Unicode web site. http://www.unicode.org or go directly to
ftp://unicode.org/pub/UNIX/MAPPINGS. These are all text files;
depending on what you need it for, you can enshrine them in code or write a
little "awk" program to do what you need.
