This day is coming. Alis has built into Tango an experimental
implementation of Khmer, using an experimental encoding that is
phonetic-based with explicit subjoined consonants. Works fine, but test
documents are hard to find on the Web :-(

In the meantime, Martin is right and one is forced to use GIFs to discuss
the encoding.
