Unicode 24x24 LastResort BDF font ready

I finally got the 24pt, 72dpi LastResort BDF font done in case it might be
useful for Mule. I am placing the font in the public domain, so feel free to
do anything you want with it. The Web pages (and page authors) where I got
the glyph images are mentioned in the font comments.

I did a little bit of cleanup on some of the glyphs and tried to align the
baselines, but it still needs more work to make the glyphs mutually
consistent. As a bonus, I added the glyphs for the "hidden" or "invisible"
Unicode characters.
