Here is an important hint for Internet newcomers:

For every Internet mailing list xxx@yyy there exists also a
xxx-request@yyy email address for handling subscriptions and
unsubscriptions. Please send your unsubscribe requests only to
the ...-request address, not to the entire list.

If you want to subscribe or unsubscribe [email protected], then
where do you send your request? Right, you send it to
[email protected] and *NOT* to [email protected].
