Whatever you received is now out of date. A revision of the PDAM was agreed
by the ad-hoc on the Myanmar script last month in London, in which (in
addition to some people well-known to this list) five experts from Myanmar
participated. As contributing editor I am working on the FPDAM (it is
viramic, but so also was the PDAM) and when it is available it will be
posted to the SC2/WG2 web site.
