I made it. It's at
http://www.indigo.ie/egt/standards/agitswg6/wg6doc/aibitir.html. For me,
the Latin 1 vowels come out OK in Netscape. Everything else comes out as a
question mark. I'm not very happy with the result, as you can imagine.

For some reason, wildly huge spaces are inserted in the address.
