It is the Standard Edition of the text of HafS as transmitted by
'āSim published for the first time around 1930 in Kairo and since
constantly reprinted in all formats and by many different
publishers (mostly in Kairo and Beirut).
It is the text Bergsträsser discusses in "Der Islam" XX (1932). On
p. 8 he writes that their are four kinds of tanwin:
1.) die normale Gestalt = das zweite Damma umgekehrt (for kasra
and fatha: the two strokes above each other, the two Dammas are
point-mirrored)
2.) das zweite Vokalzwichen ist nach links verschoben (the
mini-waw resp. the strokes one after the other), z.B. samī'un
'alīm 2,181/177 [Bergsträsser still gives the verses according to
Flügel, too]
3.) mit folgendem Tashdid, wie khushubummusannadah 63,4
4.) der zweite Vokal des Tanwin wird durch ein meem ersetzt z.B.
'alīmu(m)bi 3,119/115, gazāa(m)bi 32,17
If you consult the explanations on the last pages of the Qur'an
you will easily spot the paragraph on tanwin, because the
different signs are displayed.
