Arabic bitmap font

I am finishing up a reworking of the Arabic glyphs in my ClearlyU 12pt, 100dpi
proportional bitmap font for the X Window system. This font contains all the
glyphs needed to basically render all of the letters available in the Unicode
Arabic blocks. It does not include any of the ligatures and does not have
some of the special non-spacing marks and glyphs.

The glyphs really need to be checked to see if they look Ok, so I have made
them available separately:
