Besides the UnicodeRange field in the OS/2 table, you may also
need to play with the CodePageRange. Some apps look at the
latter.

I'm trying to change the language of the arabic TTF
files into English language to make the English
applicaions detect them, I tried to chane the language
in Microsoft Unicode property but it didn't work
