Anton is right, we are trying to make the leap. Part of that is the closing
of the gate of normalization. That's been done. For my part I accepted it,
and now expect to be facilitated in implementation. Hopefully that will be
sooner rather than later. But adding new precomposed characters isn't the
answer.
