extra end-of-line spaces in Blocks.txt

 apologies if you are seeing this twice)

It seems that there some extraneous end-of-line space characters in the
Blocks.txt (UCD 3.1.1):

$ cat -vet Blocks.txt|egrep ' \$$'
0700..074F; Syriac $
1000..109F; Myanmar $
$

I won't tell who would be writing as silly software as to expect
everything
after the "; " until the end of the line to be the the block name,
because
you probably have guessed that by now...
