Ext-B fonts updated

We've finally been able to obtain better fonts for the new characters in
CJK-Extension B. The PDF chart is at
http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U20000.pdf.

PS: Fair warning: the complete PDF file is 13MB and contains only the glyph
and code point, no other information about the character. If you just want
to look up an isolated character, the Unihan database is a much better bet ;-)
