    The Ango-Saxon rune corresponding to the Old English vowel œ [U+0153] is ᛟ
    U+16DF (RUNIC LETTER OTHALAN ETHEL O), properly spelled œ̄þel (combining
    macron over the œ) I think ... but I'm playing this one from memory, so correct
    me if I'm wrong.
