    Excuse me, but this is senseless. One would have to use precisely the
    same font settings (not only typeface!) as you to get it right. OTOH,
    using a *non*-proportional (fixed width) font ensures correct rendering
    of so called ASCII-art, only varying the xy ratio and some details due
    to glyph differences.
