    It does if * is a word-break character, word break being yet another
    aspect that isn't covered by code-order collation.

    Bringing it back to the original issue, the collation sequence of Ogham
    is well-accepted and is equivalent to code order, except that U+1680
    OGHAM SPACE MARK has to be taken as a word break, rather than a sortable
    letter, in order to do any useful text processing.
