    But GB18030 only requires the software to be able to display
    representative glyphs for these four scripts (Uighur, Mongolian,
    Tibetan and Yi), and specifically does not not require correct shaping
    behaviour for complex scripts such as Tibetan and Mongolian. Thus,
    SimSun-18030 is GB18030 compliant even though it only has static
    glyphs for the Tibetan and Mongolian code points, and no OpenType
    shaping for these scripts.
