We at Project Gutenberg are actively trying to put every bit of text
in the public domain online, and I know there's many other groups
working on more modern text. The distinction between online and
printed text is not one that should be trusted to stay stable. If it
was printed, it needs to be supported by Unicode so we can transcribe
it.
