what is the Unicode correspondent of character HORIZONTAL BAR from ISO/IEC 6397 ?

    The ISO/IEC 6397 standard contains character 13/00 HORIZONTAL BAR.
    Is there a known (i.e. written somewhere) Unicode correspondent for
    this character ?
    In a .pdf document I have here, the HORIZONTAL BAR character was
    typographically represented as Em-Dash (U+2014), but is this THE
    correct one, or was this just the another way to print that character ?
